- At this stage, you can choose to prototype a 3D resin print of your custom jewellery piece to see it before it's made in precious metal.
- Our jewellers will begin by ordering new precious metals or melting your old ones down.
- We then assemble and solder the precious metal.
- Our custom jewellery team use immense precision to set the stones level and in place before tightening the prings, beads and walls to ensure they remain in place.
- Once this is complete, the final step is to polish and finish your custom piece.

- Let us source the best quality gemstone for your custom fine jewellery piece.
- We'll search extensively through our local and international suppliers to find you only the highest quality gem.
- We offer a spectacular selection of the finest-grade certified diamonds.
- Choose from Natural or Lab Grown diamonds.
- Our vast range covers D colour, Internally Flawless white diamonds to fancy coloured Argyle Pink and Blue Diamonds.
2. Detailed Design
- This is where we discuss your creative goals for custom jewellery design.
- Choose your precious metal type and colour, and choice of gemstones, and we will sketch it up for you.
- Bring in any of your own jewellery that you would like to recycle and remodel, including gold and gemstones.
- Once the sketch is complete, we will begin the 3D design and modeling process.

Do you offer a warranty?
All the materials (metals, diamonds, and gemstones) we sell are authentic and properly specified in your proposal agreement. We stand behind our hand-crafted jewellery 100% and offer a comprehensive set of warranties so that you can purchase confidently.
We Offer a Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty. We guarantee our workmanship and take responsibility for structural defects.
We recommend bringing your piece in for a free clean, polish, and inspection every 6 months.

What's your custom ring refund policy?
Every piece of jewellery we create is 100% custom. Most of our diamonds and gemstones are purchased specifically for each piece on our customer's behalf, so we are unable take items back and put them in stock for another customer.
Because of that, we don't accept returns or offer refunds or cancellations after you've paid to secure your stone(s) or after you've accepted your final proposal to begin production, whichever comes first.
Don't worry; we know that when it comes to the fine jewellery you design with us, pretty close doesn't cut it! If you aren't thrilled with your CustomMade jewellery, we'll modify or remake it at no additional charge. Review our CustomMade Satisfaction Guarantee for full details.
